We agree to accept responsibility for your 100% complete satisfaction with the materials and the work provided by us and paid for by you.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due upon your satisfaction on the completion of work, as described on the written work order and a signature is required on-site to confirm satisfaction. Any payment not received within 30 days from completion of work is subject to collections unless otherwise arranged with Riteway Plumbing Ltd.
WARRANTIES & LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES
Riteway Plumbing Ltd warrants that all work performed will be completed in a professional manner free from defects in workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date the work was performed. The manufacturer's warranty is provided on any parts or materials provided in connection with the work. Riteway Plumbing Ltd obligation is limited to the replacement of any defective parts or workmanship and is conditioned upon Riteway Plumbing Ltd receiving actual notice of defect within applicable warranty period(s).
MAINTENANCE
Any alterations, additions, adjustments or repairs made by a party other than Riteway Plumbing Ltd, unless authorized or agreed upon in writing by Riteway Plumbing Ltd, will be cause to terminate Riteway Plumbing Ltd obligation under the contract.
MISCELLANEOUS
Entering into this agreement, you consent and permit Riteway Plumbing Ltd to contact you by phone to schedule and provide products and services associated with your purchase or service. You consent to receive future communications and advertising about the products and services we offer via phone, email or mail.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement sets forth the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the matters set forth in this agreement and supersedes all other agreements either written or oral concerning the subject of this agreement.
